1. The Department for Citizens' Appeals and Access to Public Information of the Regional State Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is established by the order of the head of the Regional State Administration in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Local State Administrations”, and in its activities is subordinated to the head of the Regional State Administration and the deputy head of the Regional State Administration.

2. In its activities, the Department is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine “On Local State Administrations”, “On Citizens' Appeals”, “On Access to Public Information”, decrees of the President of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, orders of the Head of the Regional State Administration, this Regulation, and other regulatory legal acts.

The department includes:

Department for organization of consideration, analysis and control of citizens' appeals;

Department for public reception and provision of access to public information;

Department for interaction with the state institution "Government Contact Center"
