The Department of Administration of the State Voter Register is a department of the regional state administration, which is established by the head of the regional state administration in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the State Voter Register” and the Model Regulation on the Regional Body (Department) of Administration of the State Voter Register, approved by the Central Election Commission on February 26, 2016, No. 58.

The department is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Central Election Commission, orders of the head of the regional state administration, and the department's regulations.

Main tasks of the department:

organizational support, ensuring interaction between local executive authorities, local self-government bodies, institutions, establishments and organizations on issues related to the State Register of Voters;

monitoring the implementation of decisions of the Register manager.
