Throughout 2025, specialists of the Citizens’ Service Department of the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region conducted 58 outreach visits for residents of Sviatohirsk, Lyman, and settlements of the Sviatohirsk City Community and the Lyman Amalgamated Territorial Community.
As of December 31, 2025, 1,309 local residents received practical assistance with issues related to pension provision, housing subsidies and benefits, as well as state social assistance.
