26 graduates from Donetsk region received 200 points on NMT

Published 02 August 2025 year, 09:30

These children grew up during the war. Sirens, explosions, and the reality that war is very close. And every day is a test of their resilience. But despite all the difficulties, they continued to study, did not lose their motivation and faith that knowledge would open up new opportunities for them.

We are proud that even during the full-scale war unleashed by Russia, Donetsk region provides Ukraine not only with courageous soldiers, but also with talented, persistent, and indomitable students. Despite the absence of traditional classroom education, Donetsk region maintains its high ranking among other Ukrainian schools.

On August 1, talented graduates were invited to the Donetsk Regional State Administration. The head of the regional state administration, the head of the regional military administration, Vadym Filashkin, congratulated each of them. He thanked them for their perseverance and faith in a victorious future and presented them with cash certificates and memorable gifts.

Gifts were also given to teachers and parents - those who fueled the thirst for knowledge, inspired, supported and did not let the children lose heart, who stayed by their side during the most turbulent days and nights.

Another warm moment was remembered when the graduates presented Vadym Filashkin with an embroidered portrait of Taras Shevchenko as a sincere sign of gratitude for his support and attention.

The young people touched everyone with their plans for the future. Each of them had different dreams, but they all had one thing in common: to return to their native Donetsk region to rebuild it and see it again from the windows of their homes.
