As part of a partnership with the Association of Ukrainian Cities and the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, the Bakhmut City Military Administration team presented a unique digital project — the “Beregynya” chatbot, created specifically for and with youth!
“Beregynya” is a tool for involving adolescents and young people in decision-making at the local level. Through interactive surveys, feedback, and information support, the chatbot provides young residents with the opportunity to:
- be heard;
- influence changes in the community;
- receive support and up-to-date information about rights, safety, health, and participation in community life.
We are grateful to our partners from the Council of Europe and the Association of Ukrainian Cities for recognizing our initiative and supporting us in building youth participation.
