The Bakhmut community in Donetsk Oblast and the Kropyvnytskyi community in Kirovohrad Oblast have signed a memorandum of cooperation as part of the fourth wave of the national project "Side by Side: United Communities."
The document was signed by Oleksiy Reva, head of the Bakhmut City Military Administration, and Oleksandr Mosin, deputy mayor of Kropyvnytskyi.
This decision is a logical development of the human and partnership relations that have been consistently forming between the residents of Kropyvnytskyi and Bakhmut since 2022.
The memorandum of cooperation opens up new opportunities for community development, primarily in the implementation of social initiatives, particularly in the key issue of providing housing for people whose homes have been destroyed by the war, as well as in the cultural, educational, environmental, and sports spheres.
