On July 23, 2026, Golda Vinogradskaya, a well-known Ukrainian fashion designer, public figure, and expert on regional development and light industry, paid a working visit to the State Educational Institution “Bakhmut Center for Vocational and Technical Education,” which had been relocated to the Rivne region.
The event took place as part of a familiarization tour of the Hoshcha territorial community, where, together with representatives of local government, the education sector, and the public, strategic directions for the region’s socioeconomic development, the modernization of vocational education, and the preservation of human capital were discussed.
During the meeting, the school’s director, Lyudmyla Kalinichenko, presented the specifics of organizing the educational process in a displaced setting, the school’s material and technical resources, the activities of the training and practical centers, and the specialized areas of vocational training.
The parties focused primarily on the operation of the light industry training and practical center, the creative projects of students, and the work of the Qualification Center for the “Master Tailor” certification, the establishment of which ensures independent assessment of professional competencies and the development of adult education.
During the dialogue, the participants outlined prospects for further partnership regarding the institution’s participation in nationwide grant programs, competitions, and projects aimed at developing national design, preserving traditions in clothing design, and supporting domestic production.
Golda Vinogradska noted the high level of training among the institution’s specialists and emphasized the strategic role of the relocated institution in integrating into the local labor market, creating new jobs, and building the economic potential of the Hoshcha community.
