This was reported by the Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Chief of the Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
On August 5, a large family from Sloviansk was evacuated to Lviv region. The youngest child is only 1.5 months old. The family was accommodated in Drohobych, where 22 families from Donetsk region are already living, including 53 children.
Evacuation of people with limited mobility also continues — 280 people in July, and another 10 in the first days of August. For example, on August 5, two women from the Druzhkivka community were placed in Poltava.
Since the beginning of the year, nearly 11,000 people have passed through the transit hub in Pavlohrad, including 4,000 pensioners, 1,000 people with disabilities, and 2,000 children.
All evacuees at the transit hub receive hot meals, humanitarian aid, and psychological support. Accommodation is free of charge.
