As part of a free preparation course for the NMT on the history of Ukraine, organized by the Center for Unity and National Resistance platform in cooperation with the Department of Family, Youth and Mass Events of the Regional State Administration, a lesson on "Rus-Ukraine: from the Ancient Slavs to the Prosperity of the State" was held.
The guest speaker, Kateryna Kupriianova, a history teacher at Kostiantynivka Secondary School No. 1, told the participants about the great migration of the Slavs, tribal unions, and the subsequent formation of Kyivan Rus. The lesson was accompanied by active discussions and questions, interactive tasks and exercises to consolidate the material learned.
"Every topic of Ukrainian history is important and interesting. It is history that shapes our worldview and identity. The free course is a good opportunity for our students to improve their knowledge and prepare for the National Multisubject Test in History," said Kupriyanova.
