As part of the national project "Side by Side: United Communities," families from the Chasovoyarsk community, who are temporarily residing in the Kyiv region, took an exciting trip to the city of Uman—a picturesque, hospitable city rich in historical and cultural monuments.
During the visit, our compatriots visited the underground chambers of the Vasylivsky Monastery, where a tour guide gave an interesting and informative account of the history of this spiritual place.
The next stop was the famous Sofiyivsky Park, a pearl of Ukraine that impresses with its beauty and harmony of nature and human creativity. Each of the participants was able to enjoy a walk along the park's alleys, take photos as a souvenir, and simply feel peace of mind amid the beauty.
A pleasant part of the trip was a delicious lunch organized by the Labor and Social Protection Department of the Uman City Council.
The trip ended with a walk through the historic streets of Uman, which preserve the spirit of antiquity, faith, and strength of the Ukrainian people.
