Iryna Pletnyova, Mayor of Uman, shared her experience and professionalism, describing how during the war the community took in a large influx of people fleeing the fighting: they provided accommodation, food, support, and a place to live for those in need. She also emphasized the support provided to elderly people who still live in the veterans' home.
The meeting was an opportunity to share real experiences, difficult decisions, and daily work to ensure the safety and support of residents in extremely difficult conditions.
