The intensive stage of theoretical training of another group of Donetsk region residents, who arrived to study as part of a course on the basics of national resistance, has ended in Dnipro. The initiative was implemented in close cooperation between the Platform "Center for Unity and National Resistance" of Donetsk region and the Center for Training Citizens for National Resistance of Dnipropetrovsk region. This project is not just a set of lectures: it is a response to the challenges of the time, a call for solidarity and the acquisition of specific skills to protect communities.

The theoretical part of the program was rich and diverse. Participants took courses in pre-medical training, studied the general principles of responding to threats of mass destruction and security measures, mastered the principles of organizing communications and information transmission, and received basic knowledge of tactical training, survival in difficult conditions, engineering training and mine safety. Each module was taught by experienced instructors who combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience in difficult conditions.

“We prepared for this course with people and their safety in mind,” the organizers note. “The goal is not to teach war, but to provide basic, vital skills: how to save lives, how to act in emergency situations, how to organize communication at a critical moment. This is the foundation of responsibility to their communities.”

The next stage is practical training, during which students will apply the acquired material in a controlled and safe environment under the supervision of instructors. After successfully completing all modules, participants will receive certificates of completion of the course and confirmation of acquiring basic skills in the basics of national resistance.

The organizers paid special attention to issues of safety and ethics of conducting classes. All practical exercises are planned in such a way as to minimize risks and provide students with confident, but safely controlled practice. The instructors’ work is aimed at ensuring that each student understands the limits of their own competence and the importance of teamwork.

This course is another example of interregional solidarity: Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions have joined forces to transfer knowledge and experience that will be useful to communities in the future. Initiatives of this format not only increase the level of training of citizens, but also strengthen the sense of shared responsibility and trust between regions.
