On July 30, 2025, the Donetsk Regional Employment Service held an online forum titled “Learning That Continues the Professional Path.”
The event focused on relocated institutions of higher education from Donetsk region and the government voucher program for education — a tool that enables Ukrainians to acquire a new profession or improve their qualifications at the state’s expense.
Natalia Adamova, Acting Director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, delivered a welcome speech to the forum participants. In her remarks, she stated:
“The training voucher is not just financial support — it’s a real opportunity to change your future. It opens access to new knowledge, helps acquire an in-demand profession, or upgrade your skills. It’s a chance to find stable employment, increase your income, realize your potential, and move forward with confidence. After all, investing in education is always an investment in a better life.”
The forum focused on career changes in adulthood and brought together nearly 400 interested participants. Employment service specialists emphasized that the state is investing in human capital development and giving everyone a chance to start a new professional journey.
The event included representatives from Mariupol State University, Metinvest Polytechnic Technical University, Donetsk National Technical University, Donbas State Pedagogical University, Donbas State Engineering Academy, and Pryazovskyi State Technical University.
Vadym Pukhalskyi, Head of Development at Metinvest Polytechnic, highlighted:
