Here it is, the children's vacation has reached the equator. Its program was diverse on the territory of the Irkliiv community-partner, within the framework of the National project "Shoulder to Shoulder: United Communities".
During these days, the children had the opportunity to relax in the children's pool located in the district center of the gymnasium named after Sklyarenko. They visited the regional local history museum in the city of Cherkasy, where they learned about the features of the Cherkasy region and the advantages of local flora and fauna.
They climbed to the top where the "Motherland-Mother" Memorial is located. They visited the Vasyutyn dendrological park. They admired the beauty of flowers, trees, and bushes. They visited the Klishchyn literary and memorial museum named after M. P. Starytsky.
They found themselves in a fragrant, enchanting lavender field in the village of Zhovnyne.
Employees of the Zhovnyne village house of culture treated the children to the national cuisine of their region. They visited the Zhovnyne primary school. They played tennis with enthusiasm. They sat down with pleasure at the school desks, wrote with chalk on the blackboard, as they had already missed in-person learning.
A new week awaits with interesting adventures, travels, and acquaintances.
