Can Documents Be Sent by Postal Mail?
No. Current regulations do not provide an option for submitting application documents for monetary compensation via postal services.
Key Rule & Application Deadline:
Families welcoming a newborn have the right to either the physical "Baby Box" or monetary compensation in its place.
Application Window: The application for monetary compensation must be submitted no later than 12 months from the date of the child's birth.

1. Remote Online Submissions (Recommended for Rural Residents):
Diia Portal: Via the integrated єМалятко (eMalyatko) public service.

"Pension Fund" Mobile Application: Available on Android and iOS.
2. Offline In-Person Submissions:
PFU Service Centers: Any operational Pension Fund service office.
Administrative Service Centers (CNAP / ЦНАП): Local community CNAP branches.
Authorized Hromada / Military Administration Officials: Designated officials within village, settlement, or municipal councils/military administrations (if no CNAP is available locally).
