On June 11, Donetsk Regional Drama Theater (Mariupol) visited the regional children's and youth health resort complex “Pearl of Donetsk Region” in the Carpathians. Children from Donetsk region come to this complex to rest and recover after the war.
The theater had a special meeting with young viewers, who were presented with the play “The Duck.” It is a sincere and touching story that teaches friendship, support, courage, trust, and the value of kindness.
The adventures of the Duck and his encounters with various colorful characters put the children of Donetsk region in a wonderful mood. The performance elicited genuine laughter and admiration from the children, which is an integral part of psychological recovery. For children who are under constant shelling, such moments are extremely important for maintaining mental health, restoring a sense of security, and believing in a better future.
