As of August 3, 2026, there are 62 resilience centers registered in the Donetsk region. Fifty-seven of them are operational: 11 operate around the clock, and 46 operate according to established schedules. Five resilience centers are on standby, ready to open and deploy within two hours of an emergency (blackout) occurring.
Since the beginning of 2026, more than 160,000 residents of the region have visited the resilience centers. In the past 24 hours alone, amid challenging weather conditions and a strained power grid, 342 people received assistance at the resilience centers.
