In times of war and forced evacuation, out-of-school education has a special mission: to support children, help them adapt and feel needed.
For many boys and girls who have become displaced, clubs and studios have become a second home, a space of friendship, creativity and strength. It is here that they can realize themselves as individuals, leaders, inventors, artists or athletes.
On the occasion of the Out-of-School Day, the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children and Youth Creativity held a bright photo day "Happy in Out-of-School!".
More than 1800 children and teachers from all over Donetsk region took part in the event.
The children shared their photos and videos of themselves dancing, drawing, singing, playing on stage, creating and learning - with a twinkle in their eyes!
Extracurricular activities are a space where dreams are born, talents grow, and the future of Ukraine is shaped!
We sincerely thank all teachers for their daily work, warmth and faith in children! Thanks to you, talents are born, characters are tempered and a true citizen of an unbreakable country is formed!
