Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Chief of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin announced that 75 children from the Donetsk region have departed for the seventh wellness session at the International Children's Center "Artek."
This time, children from 25 communities across the region who require special social care and support are participating in the "Youth in Action" Forum of Initiatives That Will Save the World program.
The participants will take part in training sessions, workshops, discussion clubs, creative and social projects, as well as sports and cultural activities. Most importantly, they will have the opportunity to make new friends, spend time in a safe environment, receive psychological support, and enjoy a break from the realities of war.
"We want the children of the Donetsk region to believe in themselves, learn to take initiative, accept responsibility, and look confidently toward the future. It is through experiences like these that self-confidence, leadership, and the desire to change the country are born.
The camp vouchers were provided free of charge by the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine under the state program supporting children.
I wish all participants an unforgettable experience, meaningful friendships, and memories they will cherish with a smile for many years to come," Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
