The initiative group responsible for organizing the constituent assembly to form the new composition of the Youth Council under the Donetsk Regional State Administration announces the completion of the review of documents submitted by candidates between March 6 and 20, 2026.
Based on the results of reviewing 28 sets of documents and verifying their compliance with the requirements of the Model Regulations on the Youth Council, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1198 dated December 18, 2018 (as amended), we hereby announce the following:
List of candidates admitted to participate in the constituent assembly
Twenty-five representatives of civil society organizations and student self-government bodies have been admitted to participate in the constituent assembly, which will take place on April 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the format of an online conference:

List of candidates denied participation in the founding meeting
Based on the decision of the initiative group (Minutes No. 2 dated April 13, 2026), the candidates listed below have been denied admission to the constituent assembly due to their status as employees of a local government body, which is inconsistent with the mission of the youth council as an advisory body:
- Lyubov Solomenna – NGO “Novoskhid Youth Platform.”
- Olena Shkolnikova – Youth Council under the Velykonovosilkovsky Village Council.
- Kateryna Shapovalova – NGO “Velykyi Yanisol Greek Community.”
We would also like to inform you that all other discrepancies in the documents identified during the preliminary review were resolved by the candidates by the deadline of April 5, 2026.
