Please be advised that starting August 26, 2026, the previous hotline numbers of the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast will cease operations.
Moving forward, services and consultations for residents of the region will be provided via the unified numbers of the Contact Center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
Residents of Donetsk Oblast will be able to receive clarification on matters regarding pension provision, housing subsidies/benefits, insurance payments, and state social assistance through unified multi-channel phone lines, regardless of where they are registered.
Consultations will be available during extended operating hours.
The Contact Center operates Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 20:00, and additionally on Saturday from 08:00 to 14:00.
