To ensure the correct calculation of social payments, it is necessary to notify the Pension Fund of Ukraine within 10 days in case of changes in:
🔹 passport;
🔹 surname;
🔹 contact details;
🔹 bank details;
🔹 employment/dismissal, commencement/termination of entrepreneurial activity.
There are several ways to notify the Pension Fund of Ukraine of changes that affect social payments:
🔸 through the electronic office on the Pension Fund of Ukraine web portal https://portal.pfu.gov.ua;
🔸 in person, by contacting the territorial body of the Fund;
🔸 by mail, sending the necessary documents by registered letter;
🔸 through your employer (for changes related to employment).
Failure to notify or untimely notification of changes in circumstances may result in illegal payments of funds, which are subject to mandatory return to the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
