To ensure the correct calculation of social payments, it is necessary to notify the bodies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine within 10 days in the event of any changes to:
🔹 passport details;
🔹 last name;
🔹 contact information;
🔹 bank account details;
🔹 employment or dismissal, start or termination of entrepreneurial activity.
📩 You can inform the Pension Fund of Ukraine about changes that affect social payments in several ways:
🔸 through the personal e-cabinet on the Pension Fund of Ukraine web portal: https://portal.pfu.gov.ua;
🔸 in person by contacting a territorial office of the Fund;
🔸 by mail, sending the required documents by registered letter;
🔸 through your employer (for changes related to employment).
🚫 Failure to notify or late notification about changes in circumstances may result in unlawful payments, which are subject to mandatory reimbursement to the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
