Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Ihor Boiko took part in a regular meeting organized by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine. During the meeting of the Coordination Headquarters, key issues were discussed aimed at improving the effectiveness of the "Points of Invincibility," ensuring their proper readiness, and strengthening cooperation between regions in the event of possible emergencies.
The meeting considered the functioning of the points of invincibility in the regions and the state of their staffing. Attention was also paid to the current situation regarding the reflection of points of invincibility in the "Dія" application, identified problems, risks, and possible approaches to further reflection and adoption of a joint decision on the next steps.
It is also planned to connect points of invincibility to fixed Internet access using passive PON technology.
During the discussion, representatives of the regions emphasized the need for high-quality equipment at the centers, stable power supply, communications, and internet access, as well as prompt updating of data in the Diya system.
Ihor Boiko noted that as of early December 2025, there were 71 resilience centers in the Donetsk region controlled by the Ukrainian government, providing local residents with heat, electricity, device charging, and basic support during emergencies.
The deputy head of Donetsk Oblast emphasized the region's readiness to continue cooperating with the ministry in order to strengthen the functioning of the centers and guarantee residents of the region uninterrupted access to basic services in the difficult conditions of martial law.
