URC2025 is the fourth annual conference dedicated to the post-war recovery of Ukraine. The focus is on investment, social support, regional development, infrastructure restoration, reforms, and European integration.
Against the backdrop of ongoing war and rocket attacks, such events are particularly important for mobilizing international support and responding quickly to challenges.
This year, Donetsk Oblast is represented by the Mariupol and Bakhmut communities.
