Today, the Governmental Committee on Restoration of Ukraine, Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure, Fuel and Energy Complex, Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, Culture and Information Policy held a meeting. The meeting was chaired by Oleksiy Kuleba, Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine, Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
First Deputy Head Yuriy Vinokurov took part in the committee's work on behalf of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
The agenda included draft laws, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The key issues included amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law" and approval of the action plan for 2025-2027 to implement the State Strategy for Regional Development for 2021-2027.
Donetsk region submitted its comments and suggestions on the proposed amendments. The Ministry takes into account the opinions of regional and local military administrations, which allows for effective coordination at all levels of government and ensures consistency in the implementation of state policy.
