From May 17 to 18, the next all-Ukrainian dart competitions took place in Cherkasy: the Ukrainian Championship (teams, discipline "501 DO") and the All-Ukrainian competition "Dniprovsky Waves" (II stage of the Ukrainian Cup, discipline "501 DO"). 93 participants from 10 regions of Ukraine and Kyiv took part in the competitions.
Three teams represented Donetsk region:
“Donetsk-1” — Eduard Honcharov, Maksym Pyvoshchenko, Yuriy Ahnevshchyk (Avdiivka community) and Dmytro Akozin (Mariupol community) reached the quarter-finals.
“Soljanka” — Yevhen Lohosha (Mangush community) and Maksym Medvediev (Mariupol community) competed in the group stage.
The team “Avdiivka-Kyiv” — Olena Pyvoshchenko together with Nataliia Ledienova (Kyiv) won gold in the team championship of Ukraine in darts, demonstrating sports character and skill!
We sincerely congratulate Ms. Olena and Ms. Nataliia on this bright victory and on being awarded the title of champions of Ukraine in darts!
In the II stage of the Ukrainian Cup in darts in the individual standings (discipline "501 DO"):
Eduard Honcharov reached the quarter-finals and took a prestigious 5th place.
Olena Pyvoshchenko, the champion in the team, also made it to the top eight, stopping at the quarter-finals stage and taking 5th place among women!
Other participants — Inna Zaitseva, Maksym Pyvoshchenko, Yuriy Ahnevshchyk, Dmytro Akozin, Yevhen Lohosha, and Maksym Medvediev — represented the region well, gaining valuable competitive experience.
