After being forced to evacuate, the theater resumed its activities in Uzhhorod and has been actively implementing its cultural diplomacy mission for three years. The troupe not only continues to create art, but also uses the stage as a powerful tool to convey to the world community the truth about the war crimes committed by the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

In October and November, the Mariupol Drama Theater’s production was presented in European cities — The Hague (Netherlands), Berlin (Germany), Prague (Czech Republic), Krakow and Warsaw (Poland). This is more than just a tour — it is a path of resilience paved by the Ukrainian spirit, which knows no geographical or cultural boundaries. This production is a testament to those who did not break and a message of peace, freedom, and recovery.

The international press actively covered the European tour of the Mariupol Drama project. In particular, Radio Livestream |Alex Kosmos, Zusammen TV, ThemBeats.fm, Radio Prague International, as well as the platforms Amal (Berlin), Ukraine-Hilfe Berlin e.V, the Zustricz Foundation (Krakow), Gart, and others wrote and talked about the theater. These publications demonstrated the international community’s keen interest in Ukrainian issues and the theatre’s powerful cultural influence.

A special event was a charity auction organized by Volya Stichting (The Hague), a leading Ukrainian foundation in the Netherlands, which raised funds for the needs of the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade «Kholodny Yar.»

Each performance of the theater is not just an artistic event, but the unbreakable voice of Ukraine, resounding throughout the world as a testimony of truth, courage, and dignity. Our words, emotions, and stories resonate in people’s hearts. Unity and culture are our greatest strengths.
