Despite age-related stereotypes, professionals aged 50+ possess valuable professional experience, practical skills, and a sense of responsibility that are important to employers. To support them in their job search and return to the labor market, the national project “Experience Matters” is in effect.
Through this project, people aged 50 and older are given a new chance to confidently re-enter the labor market and realize their professional potential. It offers the opportunity to take training courses for free, update their knowledge and skills, receive help in creating a modern resume, and thoroughly prepare for job interviews. Participants can also complete short-term internships, interact directly with employers, and find jobs where their experience, responsibility, and professionalism will be truly valued.
For employers, the project offers the opportunity to find responsible, motivated, and experienced employees who are ready to quickly adapt to the job and apply their professional skills in practice.
As a result of this initiative, 172 project participants, with the support of the Donetsk Regional Employment Service, have found jobs and gained new professional opportunities.
If you’re looking for a job, want to return to the workforce, or discover new opportunities—don’t wait. Join the “Experience Matters” project, get support from experts, gain new knowledge, meet employers, and take a step toward stable employment and professional fulfillment.
