The regional military-patriotic training "Unbreakable Warrior", which lasted from September 3 to 16 and brought together more than 140 young patriots aged 14 to 17 from Donetsk Oblast, has successfully completed in hospitable Khmelnytsky.
The event, organized by the Department of Family, Youth and Mass Events of National and Patriotic Education in cooperation with the Department of Education and Science of the Regional State Administration and the Center for Unity and National Resistance platform, was held at the Emerald City rehabilitation center and became a real training ground for strength of spirit and character.
For two weeks, the participants overcame challenges that prepared them for a future full of dignity and responsibility. Experienced instructors from Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, Khmelnytsky Regional Center for Training Citizens for National Resistance, Donetsk Regional Center for Tourism and Local History of Students, and other specialists worked with the youth.
The participants practiced tactical skills, firearms and drill training, first aid, and learned to operate unmanned systems. The boys and girls also overcame an obstacle course, shot bows and crossbows, competed in orienteering and learned to play rugby.

Resilient. Conscious" lecture by the Donetsk Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, and discussed with experts the issues of combating domestic violence and human trafficking. The participants also had a chance to attend master classes from leading athletes of Donetsk region.
The event was attended by Olga Potekhina, Head of the Program Implementation Department of the Department for the Promotion of Ukrainian National and Civil Identity of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, to congratulate and present diplomas to the participants. The representative of the Ministry emphasized that such events are necessary not only for acquiring practical skills, but also for forming consciousness and civic responsibility, and the hardened spirit gained during the training will help young people not only in the military-patriotic sphere, but also in everyday life and future profession.
A special feature of the training was its atmosphere. It was not just a training event, but a space where everyone could find new friends, get support and feel part of a large and unbreakable family - the family of Ukrainians. The participants know from their own experience what war is like, and that makes them appreciate the opportunity to learn how to defend themselves and their country even more.
