Kseniia Horielova (U19) took second place in the speed discipline. In the qualification round, she outpaced a rival from Italy, defeated competitors from France in the quarterfinal and from Poland in the semifinal. Her best time at the championship was 7.66 seconds.
Anastasiia Kobets (U21) won silver in the lead discipline, competing against 27 athletes from 16 countries. In the final, she successfully climbed 56+ holds.
Kseniia with her coach Ihor Tiapkin and Anastasiia with her coach Serhii Fomin have been bringing recognition to Donetsk region and Ukraine at international tournaments for many years, and they rightfully receive monthly scholarships from the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
