According to the Law of Ukraine dated July 9, 2003, No. 1058-IV “On Compulsory State Pension Insurance,” citizens are entitled to pension benefits.
If certain conditions are met, the following types of pensions are provided:
🔹 old age;
🔹 disability;
🔹 loss of breadwinner;
🔹 length of service.
