In the city of Khmelnytskyi, the Donetsk Regional Museum of Local History held a cultural and educational event called «Wonders under the Christmas Star» for internally displaced children from Donetsk region. The event combined an educational program, creative work, and elements of modern technology, creating an atmosphere of Christmas celebration and support for the participants.
During the event, the children learned about Ukrainian Christmas traditions, the symbols of the holiday, and their significance in folk culture. In a live communication format, they asked questions, shared their own memories, and actively participated in the discussion.
The practical part of the event was devoted to a creative master class on making Christmas decorations. Using 3D pens, participants made stars, angels, and Christmas tree decorations. This format combined the development of creative skills, fine motor skills, and an introduction to modern tools for self-expression.
The event «Wonders Under the Christmas Star» contributed to the emotional relief of children, the development of communication, and the formation of positive experiences of interaction in a group. The handmade Christmas decorations became memorable symbols of the holiday and warm emotions for the participants.
