Over the past year, energy workers in Donetsk region have restored more than 2,400 energy facilities, 2,100 kilometers of overhead power transmission lines, and 63 underground cable lines.
In bad weather, day and night, under enemy shelling, our energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity to the homes of Donetsk region residents. Risking their own lives, they work every day so that the region can continue to live.
The enemy destroys everything in its path, targeting critical infrastructure first and foremost. The occupiers try to intimidate and break us, but together, shoulder to shoulder, we stand firm and prove that we are strong. Everyone, in their own place, is doing everything possible to ensure we endure and defeat the aggressor. And the work of energy workers today is extremely important.
