These kittens lived in Dobropillia with a soldier who cared for them and protected them. Unfortunately, one day he was killed while performing a combat mission.
His comrade contacted the UAnimals team of animal volunteers: the wife of the fallen soldier asked them to give her the kittens as a memento of her husband.
The volunteers responded to the soldier's request and evacuated the kittens from Donetsk Oblast.
