As of 9:00 a.m. on June 18, 2026, there are 65 resilience centers registered in the Donetsk region. Of these, 59 are operational:
- 12 operate 24 hours a day,
- 47 operate according to established schedules.
Another 6 centers are on standby and can be deployed within two hours in the event of an emergency, such as a blackout.
Since the beginning of 2026, more than 136,500 residents of the region have visited the resilience centers. In the past 24 hours alone, amid challenging weather conditions and a strained power grid, 650 people received assistance.
