The Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast provides services to residents of the oblast on issues related to pensions, housing subsidies and benefits, as well as insurance payments.
As of June 1, 2025, 208,400 services were provided, including 188,600 on pension provision, 18,100 on subsidies and benefits, and 1,700 on social insurance.
By type of request, 39,500 services were provided through the front office, 121,500 through the web portal, and 1,400 through authorized officials of the executive bodies of local communities.
Specialists of the Main Directorate provided 21,900 consulting services to citizens who called the Main Directorate's hotline.
In addition, 17,700 written requests were processed.
