Attention! Important information for everyone receiving pensions, insurance and social benefits, housing subsidies, or льготи (benefits).
To ensure payments are calculated correctly, you must inform the Pension Fund within 10 days about any changes regarding:
✅ passport details or surname;
✅ contact information;
✅ bank account details;
✅ place of employment or the start/termination of entrepreneurial activity.
You can do this conveniently in several ways:
via the electronic cabinet: Pension Fund of Ukraine portal;
in person at any Pension Fund service center;
by mail, sending the required documents via registered letter;
through your employer (if the changes relate to employment).
If changes are not reported on time, overpayments may occur and will have to be reimbursed.
