The head of the Kalchitsa village military administration, Volodymyr Matyash, signed a memorandum of cooperation with the head of the Turbiv village council in Vinnytsia region, Ihor Sots, as part of the implementation of the state project "Side by Side: United Communities."
This partnership opens up new opportunities for community development, exchange of experience, and strengthening mutual support in important areas of public life.
The goal of cooperation:
- Strengthening the institutional capacity of communities.
- Supporting each other in matters of education, culture, social protection, and economic development.
- Exchanging practices that will contribute to improving the quality of services for the population.
- Building partnerships between communities in different regions of Ukraine.
"The signing of the memorandum is an important step towards strengthening cooperation and mutual support between our communities. The Kalchitsa and Turbiv communities are embarking on a new phase of cooperation, centered on people, their needs, and their future.
