On June 28, Ukraine celebrates one of its key state holidays – Constitution Day of Ukraine.
Students of the Donetsk Regional Ecological and Naturalistic Center – Alisa and Denys – created an animated cartoon that explains in an interesting way what the Constitution is and why it is important.
The plot takes viewers to a magical forest where kind animals live – a fox, a hedgehog, a bear, and a squirrel. In the form of a fairy tale, the characters tell each other that the Constitution is not just a book, but a set of important rules that help people live in peace, harmony, and justice.
This creative project is an example of how ecological education can be combined with civic education.
Through the language of the cartoon, emotions, and friendship, children not only learn themselves but also help others – even fairy-tale characters – understand the basics of legal awareness.
On Constitution Day, we especially remember the main things: freedom, dignity, law, and shared responsibility for the future of Ukraine.
