The Ocheretine Settlement Community Open Futsal Cup, dedicated to Physical Culture and Sports Day in Ukraine, took place in Dnipro at the “Orange” Sports Complex.
Five teams participated in the tournament: the Ocheretynska Settlement Territorial Community’s combined team, the team from the “Kolos” Children’s and Youth Sports School of the Ocheretynska Settlement Territorial Community, the Hrodivska Settlement Territorial Community team, the Maryinka City Territorial Community soccer team, and the Pokrovska City Territorial Community team.
The event was attended by Mykola Kovalenko, head of the Ocheretine Settlement Military Administration, as well as Andriy Ivanov, a representative of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, who joined the sporting event, congratulated the participants, and presented the teams with soccer balls as gifts.
Tournament results:
1st place went to the Hrodivska Settlement Territorial Community team;
2nd place went to the Pokrovska City Territorial Community team;
3rd place went to the Ocheretine Settlement Territorial Community combined team.
Soccer is an integral part of the Ocheretine community. And we believe that the day will surely come when such tournaments will once again be held in our rebuilt community!
