As part of the national project “Side by Side: United Communities,” the Komarska rural community in Donetsk Oblast has launched a new phase of partnership with the Zarichanska rural community in Zakarpattia Oblast.
The communities signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, which lays the foundation for effective collaboration, the exchange of expertise, and the implementation of joint initiatives aimed at regional development and improving residents’ quality of life.
The purpose of the signed document is to consolidate efforts in addressing pressing local issues, create conditions for the sustainable socioeconomic development of the communities, and improve local self-government mechanisms by establishing systematic and effective cooperation.
The partnership between the Komarska and Zarichanska communities involves mutual support, coordination of joint actions, the exchange of best practices, and the development of intermunicipal cooperation in various areas of activity.
We are convinced that the implementation of the memorandum’s provisions will help strengthen our partnership, open up new opportunities for joint development, and serve as an important step toward building strong, united, and capable communities.
