A regular meeting of the Transparency and Accountability Working Group was held under the chairmanship of Ihor Boyko, Deputy Head of Donetsk Oblast State Administration. This week, they reviewed the procurement conducted by the Kostiantynivka City Territorial Community this year.
Serhiy Horbunov, head of the Kostiantynivka City Territorial Community, reported that since the beginning of the year, the community has planned 52 procurements of goods and services worth UAH 147 million. The head of the community noted that most of the funds were spent to support the Ukrainian Defense Forces, build defense facilities and purchase fuel and lubricants, construction materials and wire products.
Ihor Boyko noted that according to the Regional State Administration's Department of Economics, between October 8 and October 16, 2025, the region's customers planned 16 procurements for 9 territorial communities worth almost UAH 34.4 million. Out of the 16 procurements, 2 contracts were concluded for the purchase of heat energy and wire products (a low-visibility obstacle such as MPP).
He also emphasized that the working group "Transparency and Accountability", which also includes representatives of law enforcement agencies, will continue to monitor procurement conducted and planned by the communities of the region.
