As part of the "Side by Side: United Communities" project, a productive online meeting took place between the staff of the Uzhhorod Public Library and the Kostiantynivka Central City Public Library.
During the discussion, participants focused on implementing interactive events in libraries as an effective tool for engaging the community in cultural and educational life.
Colleagues shared practical experience in organizing street surveys, which help not only to explore current social issues but also to shape new areas of work.
They also presented various event formats: literary gatherings, discussions with contemporary authors, music and poetry evenings, charitable initiatives in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and educational courses for different age groups.
Special attention was given to conducting trainings and workshops aimed at providing psychological support, fostering motivation, and developing creative abilities.
The meeting opened up new prospects for further cooperation between communities under the “Side by Side: United Communities” project.
