On September 23, the head of the Kramatorsk City Military Administration, Oleksandr Honcharenko, signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Berdychiv City Council of Zhytomyr Oblast.
The partnership is being established as part of the third wave of the all-Ukrainian project "Side by Side: Cohesive Communities".
The new agreement is designed to strengthen support for the Kramatorsk community in difficult times and help restore the city.
The cooperation involves the exchange of experience, implementation of joint social and humanitarian initiatives aimed at supporting city residents and IDPs from the Kramatorsk community.
