The Sheptytsky People's House hosted a performance of "The Possessed" based on Lesya Ukrainka's dramatic poem. The event was attended by displaced persons as part of the "Side by Side: United Communities" initiative, which aims to support outpost communities and internally displaced families.

Thanks to the program, families from the Pokrovsk community had the opportunity to participate in the cultural life of the host community free of charge. The event was special for our compatriots—it provided emotional support, a sense of unity, and spiritual uplift.

The families were coordinated and accompanied by Dmytro Shynkar, head of the Yednannia humanitarian hub. According to him, participation in such events is an important component of comprehensive support for IDPs:

"It is important for us that IDP families feel constant attention and support. In addition to addressing social and domestic issues, we pay considerable attention to cultural initiatives that promote cohesion and psychological recovery."

Such initiatives confirm that support for displaced persons must be comprehensive and systematic. In addition to providing social assistance, it is important to create opportunities for cultural development, lively communication, and the integration of IDP families into the local community.
