On November 20, specialists from the Donetsk Regional Employment Center organized a region-wide presentation event to familiarize job seekers with current vacancies at the Solonsko Brick Factory (Solonske village, Drohobych district, Lviv region).
Almost 100 interested participants joined the meeting. They received detailed information about the conditions and level of remuneration at the enterprise, which ranges from UAH 25,000 to UAH 50,000 depending on qualifications and the volume of work performed. Particular attention was paid to the availability of housing for internally displaced persons and free transportation of employees to and from work (route: Drohobych — Solonske village).
Representatives of the plant spoke about the requirements for candidates for current vacancies, including power engineers, electricians, general labourers, welders, production managers, foremen, technologists, turners, millers, etc.
During the meeting, job seekers asked questions about professional development opportunities and living conditions. Many participants have already expressed their desire to submit their resumes and undergo further selection. The opportunity to obtain housing has become one of the key factors in their interest in working at the plant. For many IDPs, this is not just an option, but real support that allows them to start their lives anew and confidently build their professional careers.
The Donetsk Regional Employment Center continues to work on expanding employment opportunities and organizes meetings that help establish direct dialogue between job seekers and employers.
