The decision was made at a regular meeting of the Donetsk Region Defense Council.
“Together with the communities of the region, we are doing everything necessary to strengthen our defenders — this is our constant priority.
I emphasized the importance of the rational use of budget funds and the transparency of defense procurements.
We are working in close cooperation with local military administrations and military command to defend Donetsk region.
