Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Chief of the Regional Military Administration, announced that nearly 5 million UAH in additional funding has been allocated to meet the immediate needs of Ukrainian Defense Forces units operating on the frontlines in Donetsk Oblast.
The decision was finalized during a regular meeting of the Regional Defense Council.
Military Support & Frontline Defense: Council members reviewed current frontline operational developments, mobilization efforts, and immediate logistical/equipment requirements of combat units.
Evacuation & IDP Settlement: Discussions addressed the ongoing evacuation of civilians from high-risk zones and their subsequent resettlement in safer regions.
Rural Housing Project (Resolution No. 751): The council thoroughly evaluated the implementation of the state experimental project aimed at providing housing for internally displaced persons in rural areas, pursuant to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 751. Vadym Filashkin instructed local hromadas to step up their efforts, identify available rural housing options, and fully utilize the provisions of this national program.
"The situation in Donetsk Oblast remains difficult. We must simultaneously strengthen our defense, evacuate residents from high-danger areas, and help them settle in new locations. We continue to support our defenders and work for the safety of our region's residents," emphasized Vadym Filashkin.
