As part of the fourth wave of the national project "Side by Side: United Communities," a delegation from the Mariinsky City Community visited the Velykoluchkivska Rural Community in Zakarpattia Oblast.

During the visit, they familiarized themselves with the work of the village council, the Administrative Services Center, and the social infrastructure facilities of the partner community.

Together with Velykoluchkivskyi village head Vasyl Koshchura, they discussed areas of cooperation, exchange of experience, and coordination of efforts to establish social cohesion between communities. Yuriy Grygulets, head of the Mariinsky MBA, highlighted the main issues and aspects of community life in the context of the ongoing challenges caused by the war.

This meeting was an important step towards building strong partnerships and working together on important humanitarian and social initiatives.

The Maryinka community expresses its sincere gratitude to the Velyka Luchka community for its genuine Ukrainian hospitality, openness, constructive dialogue, and willingness to move forward together. This cooperation will undoubtedly become a real tool for supporting and mutually strengthening communities.
